Clear, simple, personal
Your information.
Treated with care.
Here’s what the website collects, how it is used, and how to ask John for help with your information.

When you arrange a visit
The website collects your name, email, phone number, visit address, selected time, and any notes you choose to share. John uses these details to respond, agree the rate and location, and manage your appointment. Please don’t include passwords or sensitive account information.
When you use an account
Your email verifies your identity through a short-lived sign-in link. Your name, saved guides, support requests, and appointments are stored so you can return to them on another device. A necessary sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Signing out removes that session.
Client records and invitations
John keeps contact details, appointment history, device information, service notes, preferences, and follow-up dates to provide consistent help. His service notes are restricted to his owner dashboard. Your account lets you update your contact name, phone number, and visit address; these details are not public.
A signup link or QR code opens the account registration page. Personal invitations are tied to the email address you gave John and expire after seven days. You still need to verify that email before opening your account. QR codes are generated on this website without sending your invitation to an outside QR service.
Community and feedback
Community posts and replies are reviewed before being made public. Your display name appears with your posts; your email does not. Client feedback remains private unless you explicitly permit publication and John approves it. You can remove your own discussion from the community.
How the website is hosted
The website and its database use Cloudflare. When email delivery is enabled, Resend processes sign-in links, appointment notices, personal invitations, and one-to-one messages John writes from his dashboard. The site keeps queued email text for delivery and retries, then clears the full text when the provider accepts it or when the website stops retrying after 24 hours. The owner dashboard keeps a short private preview, recipient, subject, and delivery status. These providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. John’s dashboard restricts client details to his owner account.
Cookies and local preferences
The website uses a necessary account cookie and saves your reduced-motion preference in your browser. The application does not add advertising trackers. Its security policy blocks third-party analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process connection information for security and operation.
Keeping and deleting information
Account, appointment, and support records are kept so John can manage your relationship and past requests. Expired sign-in links and sessions are removed during routine maintenance. Contact John to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information. He will verify the request before making changes; some records may need to be kept to resolve an active service issue.
Your choices
You can book by phone or email, sign out, cancel an appointment, remove saved guides, or ask John to remove your account or feedback. Keep private appointment links to yourself: anyone with the link can view and manage that appointment.
